We alternate the schedule because different staff members have different works schedules and time zones, so we try to accommodate our team members from around the world, so here is a typical alternating 2 week schedule:




10 am to 12 pm

Researchers Training/meeting Online through Jitsi

Researchers. All researchers and research assistants that can't make Tuesday's meeting/training.


Sundays 12 pm to 3 pm

Alternating Weekend Theory or Applied Gaming.

(especially for those that can't make weekdays/nights)

Applied includes Gamemaster Workshops

Spokane Studio or

Online through Jitsi

All RPG volunteers.


Sundays 5 pm to 9 pm Heroes of the Mist live actual play, audience interaction Tabletop role-playing game show. Spokane Studio & online through Jitsi

Heroes of the Mist staff, artists, & players.

Mondays 4 pm to 5 pm RPG Talk Show Spokane Studio & online through Jitsi

Talk show staff and guests.


Mondays 6 pm to 7 pm Administrative meeting Spokane Studio & online through Jitsi

All volunteers.


Mondays 7 pm to 10 pm RPG Training: Alternating Mondays Theory or Applied Gaming Spokane Studio & online through Jitsi

All RPG volunteers.


Tuesdays 9 am to Noon Researchers Training/meeting Spokane Studio & online through Jitsi

Researchers. All researchers & research assistants that can't make Sunday's training.


Wednesdays 9 am through 9 pm New staff applications, interviews. Web, email, & phone.

Hiring staff.

Fridays 4 pm to 7 pm Drop In and RPG Community Programs See Weekly changing location schedule

    Related weekly:

    • American Sign Language study group: Saturdays 3 pm to 6 pm (North Town Mall 3-4 pm, Garland Rocket Bakery 4-6 pm).

    Once per month

    • First Friday - 5 pm to 8 pm - Spokane 2600 -
    • Second Thursday - 6 pm to 9 pm - Deaf Coffee Chat -
    • Third Wednesday - 6 pm to 8 pm - Muscular Dystrophy Community Group at Saint Luke's Rehabilitation Center
    • Third Saturday - 1 pm to 3 pm -  Tolkien Society monthly meeting & broadcast. Location: Studio & Online.
